By accepting the Rules, the User confirms the right of the Operator to:

1. processing of personal data through partially automated (mixed) and (or) non-automated processing of personal data;
2. transfer (provision, access) of personal data to third parties providing services and (or) performing work, for the specified purposes in the territory of countries that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of subjects of personal data, by the requirements of applicable law;
3. Order the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in clause 9 of these Rules.

 

The Operator, as well as third parties acting on his behalf, undertake to comply with the following rules and provide the User with the following guarantees regarding the processing of personal data:

1. ensure the processing of personal data in compliance with all applicable legal requirements in the field of personal data protection, including compliance with the principles, requirements, and obligations of the personal data operator established by law;
2. if the Operator, to fulfill its obligations to the User, must transfer or otherwise disclose his data to third parties, including public authorities, carry out these actions in compliance with the requirements of the law;
3. be responsible for the protection security and confidentiality of Users’ data during their processing by the requirements of the law.

 

The processing of Personal Data will be carried out until the achievement of the above goals or during the validity of this Agreement and 3 (Three) years after its termination.

Upon reaching the goals of processing or in case of loss or the need to achieve these goals, the processed personal data of Users are subject to destruction, unless otherwise provided by law. The Operator undertakes to take all possible measures to ensure the destruction of Users’ data, including by third parties acting on behalf of the Operator. The Operator has the right to send information of an advertising nature to the User by e-mail and (or) mobile phone only if the User expressly consents by ticking the “I agree” checkbox on the Site.

The User has the right to unsubscribe from such mailing at any time by contacting the Operator’s address or email address: info@proaudioconsulting.pro.

The User has the right to send the Operator an application for obtaining information regarding the processing of his data in the form of a corresponding written application by registered mail to the Company’s postal address or in electronic form, signed with an electronic signature, to the email address: info@proaudioconsulting.pro.
