Since our products are one-of-a-kind, made-to-order items crafted by hand in small batches, production naturally takes some time. Specific timelines will be outlined in the contract once we've prepared the technical specs. Lead times also depend on the current availability of raw materials. We'll take all these factors into account before finalizing and signing the contract.

Occasionally, delays may happen, typically due to circumstances beyond our control. However, we always do our best to inform you promptly. If a delay is anticipated, our manager will contact you immediately, explain the situation clearly, and provide updated delivery estimates. We value your time and strive to minimize any inconvenience.

Delivery times vary based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. These details will be discussed and agreed upon with you after signing the contract, ensuring a clear and convenient timeline for your order.

We provide a 15% discount across our entire product range for customers paying in cash.

a) Payments are accepted via Stripe. We sign a contract with the customer and issue an invoice. The contract includes a Technical Specification that either aligns with the product details listed on our website or incorporates additional requests from the customer. Full payment (100%) is required upfront.

b) Alternatively, we offer a 50% prepayment option. After signing the contract and issuing the invoice, the initial 50% is due before production starts. The remaining 50% is payable after production completion notification but prior to shipping. Payments are processed through SWIFT, divided into installments of up to $10,000 each to comply with Georgian financial regulations.

c) Cash payments are accepted in person with our representative in Turkey, offering a 15% discount on all products.

This approach simplifies compliance with international currency transaction regulations and anti-money laundering laws through multi-currency accounts.

Yes, cash payments are possible. You will need to travel to Alanya, open a local bank account, transfer funds into this account, and then withdraw the cash in US dollars or euros. Paying in cash entitles you to a 15% discount on all products.

After selecting a product and finalizing technical specifications, we prepare and send you a Technical Specification document for approval. Once approved, we draft a contract including these details. Types of Conductors:

1. Solid-core wire, available in round and flattened geometries, made from 999+ silver and999+ gold. Produced using a forging method.

1.1 Balanced transformer-based signal restoration system.
The power loss, expressed as a voltage drop when the signal travels along the length of the conductor, is compensated by a transformation system that boosts the signal, similar to a galvanic transformer at the input, and increases its amplitude at the output as well.

Brief Description of the Technology:
A longitudinal-type transformer is used. Imagine the transformer windings with a magnetic field between them - there are no direct contacts. The magnetic field, through close interaction, penetrates the signal, saturates the secondary winding, and the original voltage reappears. In other words, the signal that was lost is restored to its original magnitude. Unlike autotransformers used by other manufacturers, which are interconnected, our transformers are aligned along the circuit. The signal, weakened as it passes through the conductor, interacts with two transformers and is restored. Naturally, we deal with low-current systems, not 3 kW power transmission, so a full-sized transformer weighing several kilograms is not required. The flattened conductor is essentially a coil, or the core of a coil, wound using the golden ratio.

1.2 A system for smoothly adjusting the center offset of the useful signal from the source to the receiving device is provided.
1.3 Unique parabolic transformer devices for focusing and generating signals from hand-forged solid silver 999+ and hand-forged solid 24K gold.
1.4 Insulation is PTFE-49 (Polytetrafluoroethylene) of the highest military grade. The principle of heat shrinkage, with stiffness close to fiberglass, shrinks under high temperatures. It becomes rigid and flexible. It cannot be cut with a knife.
1.5 The placement of field regenerators based on superconductors to counteract parasitic magnetic phenomena (applies to LAN cables, USB).

2. Multi-strand wire, installation type, made from 750 silver. These are ready-made conductors from our stock. No other manufacturer produces multi-strand conductors like these. They are unique, military-grade conductors available only from us.
In terms of other features (technologies and analog devices used), everything is similar to the previous point.

3. USB cables and any system powering digital devices.
Transformer-based signal boosting: Using high-frequency magnetic forces, it increases the digital signal transmission capacity by up to 30% compared to conventional conductors. This is achieved by minimizing signal loss - the signal does not escape the conductor or degrade when entering the connected device. When a digital signal is connected, a kind of "arc" is formed, and if it is gently "unwound," the amount of transmitted signal increases. Supports maximum data speeds with any network equipment, regardless of cable length.

Note:
Naturally, all conductors are balanced (do not confuse with balanced connection), not parallel as used by other manufacturers. It is also worth mentioning the use of solder containing silver and special elastic soldering alloys, including rare-earth elements, as opposed to simple crimping of contact groups. The contact groups are, of course, made only of silver and gold of a higher purity, applied through hydrogen annealing onto softer materials.

The balanced transformer-based signal restoration system compensates for power loss, expressed as a voltage drop when the signal travels along the conductor. The system boosts the signal, similar to a galvanic transformer at the input, and restores its amplitude at the output.

Brief Description of the Technology:

Naturally, we are dealing with low-voltage transmission, not 3kW power transfer, so there is no need for a full-sized transformer weighing several kilograms. The flattened conductor essentially forms a coil, meaning the core of a coil wound with gold-gauge wire.

This is due to the skin effect, where high-frequency (HF) components of the audio signal are pushed to the surface of the conductor by low-frequency (LF) components. If the conductor is coated with, for example, silver, which has a higher signal transmission speed than the base conductor, the HF components reach the listener's ears faster, creating an effect of excessive HF saturation with a delayed LF signal. This also explains why so-called "silver" cables from other manufacturers are not truly silver and produce a "glassy" sound. Some manufacturers spread myths about the inefficiency of pure silver conductors, masking their lack of technology and unwillingness to develop it, all while reducing production costs. Some even falsely claim to use pure silver conductors. The same issue applies to gold conductors. We produce personalized home power stations for electricity restoration (Power Station), unlike companies that produce mass-produced surge protection devices and simply label them as Power Stations.

It’s important to clarify the terminology. A power regeneration station is not just a device that restores power, i.e., outputs a set number of volts (e.g., set it to 110V, and it will output 110V). No, it doesn’t work that way!
